Questions people ask
- Do I need a card to buy a ticket?
- Not for Hagia Sophia, which you can buy on this site. The other sites are booked inside the app, which opens with the code on your card.
- When does my entry code appear?
- On your visiting day. If you book for today it appears straight away; for a later date it is in the app on the morning of the visit, with a reminder before it.
- Can I cancel or change the date?
- You can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before the visit. Inside 48 hours the ticket is not refundable, and we tell you that before you pay rather than after.
