Luggage storage in Istanbul
Check-out is at noon and the flight is at nine. Leave the bags at a staffed hotel counter in Taksim or Şişli, walk the city with your hands free, and collect them on the way out — with every bag written down and confirmed by you.
What you get

- Both are hotel reception desks with someone there around the clock, not a locker in a corridor.
- Each bag is recorded with its type, size, colour and any damage it already has.

- At collection you say whether everything came back, and a problem is logged there and then.

How it works
- Book the counter, the drop-off time and the collection time in the app.
- Go to the reception desk, say you are using TripXtra luggage storage and show your card.
- Collect the bags, check them, and confirm the return in the app.
Questions people ask
- How is my bag identified?
- By the record made at the counter: type, size, colour and any existing damage. You confirm that list in the app before you leave, and it is what settles a question later.
- What about an oversized bag?
- A bulky item is counted as two bags rather than refused, and the price in the app reflects that before you pay.
- Where exactly are the counters?
- Taksim: the side street next to Ağa Mosque, just before İstiklal Shopping Mall. Şişli: Dolapdere Caddesi. Both are hotel receptions, and the app gives you the directions.
Storage is supplied by Sindibad Turizm Ticaret A.Ş. (TURSAB 10028) and its counter partners. The handover record you confirm in the app is the agreed description of the bags.
