How it works

Questions people ask

Can I add a passenger who is not on my card?

Yes. Add their name when you book. Turkish rules require the passenger list to match the people in the vehicle, so the app asks for names rather than a headcount.

How far ahead do I have to book?

At least 24 hours before the pickup. Cancelling is free until 24 hours before as well, and the app shows both before you pay.

Is the price per person or per car?

Per vehicle. You see the total in the app before you confirm, and the driver takes nothing extra at the door.

Transfers are supplied by Sindibad Turizm Ticaret A.Ş. (TURSAB 10028) and its licensed carriers. Passenger names must match the people travelling. A child seat or a name board at arrivals is not part of the booking today; ask your rep and we will tell you what is possible.
